About Us
From our family-run food truck, our mission is to enhance a comfort classic by blending 5 kinds of cheese from "around the world", baking it to "oozing" perfection, or rolling it into golden fried balls. We also offer the most authentic tasting 100% Vegan 3 "cheese" option, in the Atlanta area. Why Mac and Cheese food truck? Truthfully? Because I freaking love cheese! Over the years, I have created and refined various recipes and additions to this indulgence and have received overwhelming accolades for my original, fried, and vegan mac and cheese recipes.

Although, my passion for mac and cheese in particular is based on my love for cheese; my desire to run a food truck is driven by something even bigger and more important... Legacy and Community.
